WHO WE ARE
Chester Christian Center was planted in September 1987 by Pastor Steve & Muff Sawczak. The gathering outgrew 3 different meeting spots, and so a church was built just north of Chesterland off Route 306 in 1993. Pastor Steve served faithfully as Lead Pastor until 2016 when he stepped down and took on the role of Pastoral Care. Pastor Greg Glodkowski, who had been CCC's Youth Pastor for over 18 years, stepped into the role of Lead Pastor in January 2016 with his wife, Rosella.
OUR CORE VALUES
Infused into every aspect of our church life
01/ EXCELLENCE
We believe that when you do things with excellence, it honors God and inspires people.
05/ INTEGRITY
We strive to do the right thing all the time simply because it is the right thing to do.
02/ INTENTIONALITY
Our priority is to build strong families, strong individuals, and strong leaders for Christ.
06/ SERVICE
We choose to serve our neighbors and our world with a Christ-like, others-first mentality.
03/ COMMUNITY
Everything we do is designed to cultivate relationships so we can grow and serve together.
07/ INNOVATION
We encourage creativity to reach people and to transform what we do in order to be the best we can be.
04/ MISSIONS
We exist to support missions around the world and to inspire missionaries in our own communities.
08/ FUN
We gear everything we do to be contagiously enjoyable for the whole family. The joy of the LORD is our strength!
Bible-Based
We believe that God's Word is inspired and infallible. Our message is based on His instruction to us from the Bible. We accept His restrictions and glory in His freedom.
WE ARE...
Christ-Centered
We believe that Jesus is the Son of God and the Saviour of the world. He offered up His life to redeem us and save us from our sins. His love is greater than the life we have lived in the past and stronger than the hurdles we will face tomorrow.
Spirit-Empowered
We believe the Holy Spirit dwells in the lives of believers and provides leadership and guidance to our everyday walk. The power of the Holy Spirit is active and supernatural, meaning that He acts in a manner that is beyond the restrictions of this world. This includes but is not limited to the power to heal the sick, speak to us daily and work out details to our benefit.

Chester Christian Center is an Assemblies of God church.
